The ETL/SSIS/DWH Specialist is key in helping our clients to enforce their MDM. You understand what master data is, what value it brings to a company and you have already some hands-on experience with managing data and / or solutions?
As ETL/SSIS/DWH Specialist, you’re expected to face IT and business users, you understand their requirements, you challenge them and then design a solution that will bring value. A nice balance of business focus and data skills is key in this role.
Your challenges:

Data modeling based on the needs of the customer
-
Data analysis to understand the gaps between the existing data and the goal
-
Data quality rules to validate and improve the master data
-
Design user interfaces and data workflows
-
Develop data flows to feed data to and extract data from any sources
-
Next to the consulting work, you will also be involved in the further development of our ETL/DHW practice
Your talents:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information system or related field
-
3 to 5 years of related experience
-
Strong SQL skills (T-SQL, Views, Stored Procedures…)
-
ETL skills in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
-
Excellent knowledge of SQL Server and SQL Server Management Studio
-
Skills to look at existing databases, run SQL queries, and perform data mapping
-
Ability to deploy data models into a performant modern data warehouse (eg TimeXtender)
-
Confident to use different data tools (Excel, Access, SQL query tools, …) to manipulate data and validate with business (Power BI, Qlik….)

Strong data modeling abilities
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail

Experience with data aggregation, data visualization, business intelligence and data analytics is a plus

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with proven problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly

High energy and drive. Laser-focused on delivery with strategic-thinking, collaboration, facilitation, negotiation and motivational skills.

Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch
