With our Level 1 support, we are your first point of contact for business, technical and infrastructure issues, namely Identification , diagnosis and resolution of incidents.
If necessary, we will escalate and request external support from the software vendors.

Our certified technical and business consultants will make sure that you receive the best support possible to help you support your internal Qlik applications and Business Intelligence Solutions.

QlikView 11.20 extended support option

While we strongly encourage customers using QlikView 11.20 to upgrade to QlikView 12.10 to take advantage of the features of QlikView 12.10 and to keep receiving product support and enhancements under their current maintenance lever, we are making available a support offering to QlikView 11.20 users (“extended support”). Please note that extended support is limited to troubleshooting and fixes that are issued as patches at Qlik’s sole discretion. Only severe, mission-critical issues will be considered in QlikView 11.20 extended support. There will be no enhancements to QlikView 11.20 during this period. The extended support offering is only available as a 12-month offering (ending December 7, 2018 no matter when purchased by the customer), and the fee is the customer’s then-current maintenance fee plus an additional 3%. These customers must be using the latest service release of QlikView 11.20 and be current on their maintenance fees to take advantage of this option.

Qlik NPrinting 16 extended support option

Customers who are currently using Qlik NPrinting 16 can move to QlikView 12.10 and retain Qlik NPrinting as a supported product through December 8, 2018 without additional maintenance fees. Please note that these customers must be using the latest NPrinting service release—NPrinting 16.6—in order to use it with QlikView 12.10 and be current on their maintenance fees to take advantage of this option. Only severe, mission-critical issues will be considered in the NPrinting 16 extended support period, which will run from December 8, 2017 through December 7, 2018. There will be no enhancements to NPrinting 16 during this period.
