BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE CONSULTANT - BELGIUM OR LUXEMBOURG

The role of a BI Consultant is an essential one in the Agilos environment. Dealing with complex business situations and solutions to promote, develop and implement Agilos Solutions and Services for our clients. The BI Consultant is key in helping clients gain a competitive advantage by implementing information management and analytics solutions that will provide business insights to enable them to optimize their operational performance.

As a Business intelligence (BI) Consultant you will be responsible for the implementation end-to-end of business intelligence solutions and managing BI projects for clients.

This will include amongst others:

  • interacting with data key stakeholders to clearly define the requirements;
  • develop the design for various reporting and dashboarding applications and solutions;
  • being responsible for designing analytical BI applications for clients;
  • taking an active role in the data modelling process and help optimize data models for BI implementations;
  • outlining quality processes and creating solutions for data conversion and integration;
  • assisting clients by providing them with advice on improving their existing data management and delivery solutions;
  • working on ways to improve data accuracy and viability by streamlining the data quality and data flow processes used across the enterprise.

The talents you will need to succeed 

(your proven experience and performance in)

  • Bachelor or Master degree;
  • Experience in gathering and challenging the requirements and needs of an end user;
  • Knowledge on one or more BI Tools on the market (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, BO, SAS, …);
  • Good understanding of DataWarehouse concepts;
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills;
  • Good communication skills, result orientation and a strong team player;
  • Fluent in at least two of the following: French, English and Dutch.

SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER - LUXEMBOURG

Customer satisfaction is our primary concern. As a Sales Account Manager your role is therefore crucial within Agilos. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing our activities in Luxembourg, cherishing the relationships with existing clients, presenting our new offerings and address new accounts to help Agilos grow.

  • Manage the relationship with existing customers;
  • Determine current and on-going needs at customers and look for ways to increase sales;
  • Pro-actively approach new customers to present Agilos’ products and solutions;
  • Organize and deliver demos of Agilos’ solutions together with the pre-sales/technical team;
  • Interact with key stakeholders to analyze and define the client’s needs and work in close collaboration with the technical team to develop and execute solutions for customers;
  • Follow up with technical team to ensure smooth implementation of solutions and services for your accounts;
  • Identify markets needs and make suggestions for development of Agilos services;
  • Work closely with Marketing to drive smart strategies and go-to-market approaches.​

  • Minimum 3 year of relevant Sales experience preferably in Software/Technology;
  • Degree in Business, IT or Engineering;
  • Strong customer-facing skills and ability to understand and translate business challenges into solutions offering;
  • Communicator, able to build relationships and hunting new accounts;
  • Comprehensive BI industry knowledge;
  • Fluent in English and French. Luxembourgish and/or Dutch is an asset;
  • Strong team player, autonomous and entrepreneurial.

The Inside Sales role is to support all sales initiatives and plays a fundamental role in developing our client portfolio and helping us grow to meet our ambitious goals.

Being an Inside Sales in a small organization such as Agilos offers a large scope of responsibilities and opportunities:

  • sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound calls and e-mails;
  • with the support of the internal database and external sources, detect potential prospects and opportunities and follow up on active clients to suggest new offering in the portfolio;
  • identifying relevant stakeholders, establishing first contacts and generating interest in Agilos’ products and services;
  • understand client needs and requirements to assess opportunities where BI can have an impact;
  • providing information about the products and services Agilos offers to trigger interest;
  • qualifying opportunities;
  • work in close collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams;

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in experience;
  • Relevant experience in a similar role;
  • A first experience in the frilled Business Intelligence or similar sector is a strong asset;
  • Strong communication skills, result orientation and a strong team player;

  • Fluent in at least two of the following: French, English and Dutch.

PROJECT MANAGER

The BI Project Manager leads challenging and complex BI projects for our clients. The activities in this role typically range from the business requirements analysis to architecture design, BI development and testing. The Project Manager acts as point of contact with clients and the relevant stakeholders, coordinate a team of consultants, external consultants and are responsible for the budget management of the project.

As a Project Manager you are responsible for:

  • support Sales team in the selling phase using demo’s, prototypes and pre-selling for licenses and services;
  • discuss business requirements, define work packages and project plan;
  • develop and maintain relations with key stakeholders to clearly define the requirements;
  • manage the technical implementation;
  • resource planning and consultant management;
  • budget tracking and controlling for each project you are in charge of;
  • risk assessment and issue tracking;
  • based on your skills, design and develop new solutions on tools used within Agilos that will support needs for our clients;
  • take an active role in the project at all phases.
